We undertake to exchange any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
If we are unable to exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially debited for the purchase either by same way as you made the payment or via cheque .
Once you have notified us through our website that you wish to return faulty, damaged or undamaged product, you may return the product to our Head Office in Singapore at your own cost so long as you provide valid proof of purchase eg. tax invoice, receipt and/or packaging slip.
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
